1. Land sales to overseas buyers are on the rise. Whena Owen investigates whether the Overseas Investment Act is working in New Zealanders’ best interests. She also interviews the New Zealand lawyer who has represented well known buyers such as Shania Twain and Matt Lauer – why he says New Zealanders have nothing to fear. Jessica Mutch also interviews Land Information Minister Mark Mitchell.

2. Sir Lockwood Smith finishes up as NZ’s High Commissioner to the UK next week – he tells Emma Keeling how NZ’s relationship with the UK has changed since the Brexit vote.
